Summit Wellness Centre

All of my life, I've had huge issues with my flexibility. After speaking to my friend about it, she strongly recommended I try out Summit Wellness Centre. He explained to me that Courtney was super friendly and had amazing knowledge & techniques that have changed his life.

After one session with Courtney, my mind was blown. Without any prior knowledge, she found areas of my body where I've had prior injuries. Within the session, she was able to help loosen my body and I saw instant results. Courtney explained to me how my prior injuries were actually affecting my body. I'm still amazed at how she was able to connect everything together.

This is probably the best recommendation I've had. I've already booked my next session!

Courtney does a great job of looking after you, comfortable atmosphere but a little hard to find the place.

Welcoming building and the staff that makes you feel like family. Found out about them after my move and am thrilled to be a regular now.
