The Boomtown Diner

Lazagna was delicious, as was the sub, wrap, and Philly cheese steak. This was a by chance stop on our way home but will definitely be back.

I used to come to this restaurant all the time as a kid 25+ years ago with my grandparents. Was in town with my children and thought I would take them here. There is a new owner now.. but the lady that was working was extremely friendly, the food was great and prices we good too, and loved that they left a plaque in memory of the previous restaurant (Irene's) was a great little trip down memory lane!

I say if your ever on a road tour, stop in to the boomtown diner, in Bothwell. The food was excellent and very reasonable. Will definitely be back!!!!!

Got takeout of fish 'n' chips and a burger. The fish was nice and crispy, but a tad on the dry side. My side salad was very fresh. I wasn't a big fan of the coleslaw though and would have preferred some tartar sauce instead. The burger was very good! The meat was perfectly cooked. If anything it could have used a bit more seasoning. The fries were quite good as well. We also had a couple of milkshakes that were very tasty! Overall, it was a good meal! We will definitely order from here again and will hopefully be able to have a fresh dine in meal in the future.

Ordered delivery and they had a really hard time finding my house the first time, but they handled the situation very well. Have had a few pizzas delivered since then and they had no issues. The pizzas were great too!

We just had the fry supreme! Better than taco bell! Definitely recommend! Can't wait to try everything else!
