We just got our first order of 1/4 beef. We tried the ribeyes first and they were the best we’ve ever had. There’s a great selection of cuts and Chris was fantastic to deal with. We’re really happy we found a local producer that we can buy direct from who obviously cares a lot about the product he provides.

Much better than the AAA beef at the grocery store. Really great marbling on all cuts, even the traditionally tougher cuts like the rump turn out great when cooked slow.

Just ordered for the first time, 1/4 beef. Had some ribs eyes last night for dinner, and they were honestly the best I've had. I cant wait to try them again, and all the other cuts we received. Great find! Support local, and give them a try...you will not be disappointed!

We have just reordered with Chris at Clear Creek Farms. We got a 1/2 side of beef and it was fantastic. We got a good selection of cuts, properly trimmed and individually packed. The beef itself is very juicy and tender and you can tell the difference in the taste, texture and consistency of dry aged organic Angus beef. Chris has great customer service, he kept us updated during the process, and delivered it as promised. If you like to barbecue and enjoy really good quality beef you cannot go wrong with Clear Creek Farms. Highly recommended
