We have dealt with Handy Bros for 31 years and our service has been excellent to date. Our semi-annual heating system checkup was just completed by Lee and he was thorough, polite and verbally discussed his findings with my wife upon completion. Highly recommend this HVAC company to anyone who requires a reliable company to deal with.

I had Handy Bros come over to one of my rentals to initially give me a quote for an installation of a new furnace, air conditioner, and duct work. After receiving a few other quotes from other companies, Handy Bros stood out in regards to actually taking the time to sit down with me and show me numerous options, different prices, and taking measurements of everything in the house to make sure that the most applicable systems were being installed. I was very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Bill was in this process and how he took the time to go over everything with me. The overall job that was performed by the company was very clean and well done. So. We have now fully experienced the Hand Bros Climate Care customer service. From the onset of our selection and estimate start with Bill, the scheduling nightmare we created for Trent who found resolution for us (twice) with such patience. The excellent workmanship of the installers Wes, Tony and Ty who dealt with our crawl space, and tight spaces to complete the job without complaint, arriving punctually with amazing work ethic and such pleasant attitudes! From the initial contact about my furnace needs all the way through the installation process, my experience with Handy Bros has been excellent. Everyone was knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt. When I got home from work on the day of the install, the only evidence that there had been work in my house was the shiny new, fully functioning equipment. Kudos to the team on cleanup!!!
