staff very friendly and polite. food was ok

I asked for NO plain timbits and they gave me three in a box of ten. They're gross. But usually they do a good job so in general 3 stars I know customer service is a hard job

I know we are all struggling during Covid but when finally one is able to open up to the public...surely a friendly greeting and a bit more enthusiasm would be part of management's daily pep talk?!! Dull lifeless eyes and sober short responses do not enduce one to want to stop inside again at the present moment.
Food was thankfully the dependable TH standard fare - but really so much more is needed here to push this store up to 4* let alone 5*
Sorry - not the best of stops.

It may be understaffed and lots of drive in customers but it took a long time to get my order of 2 sandwiches. Because of Covid there are only a few tables there where you can sit and they closed off a section. There were 1 customer before me and 2 after me, they were all finished and left before I got my order. I was in no hurry so I just stand there and wait. However the staffs doesn't seem to notice.

I had to drop a huge order very last minute on the young women making breakfast sandwiches this am amd she did an amazing job i think her name was Angie aswell. She and a few of her team mates did an outstanding job they were fast and pleasant hustled to fill my order promptly and without and hesitation. Thank you so much . Stay safe
