Exceptional service here - at least whenever I've visited. They usually have someone waiting inside the door to take you through the store, find product and complete the sale! How often do you see that?! Occasionally they pass you off to other staff in a specific department - like mobile phones - but they will do their best to help as best as they can - and it shows!! Well done Chatham BestBuy!

I was so very impressed with the comprehensive Covid19 protocol as well as the outstanding service we had at the mobile phone desk. We were never rushed and the associte spent so much time with us. This experience was excellent. Thank you.

Purchased a mobile A/C unit.
The two sales ladies were great and caring.
I almost left before getting inside because of the attitude of the man outside.
After purchasing he did help load it.
