Boston Pizza

Had a bad experience here once with my nephew and the manager called me personally to get a close understanding of what went down. I explained it to him and he understood. The manager gave me a coupon for my next purchase which I appreciate because I wasn't planning on going back. I went back and bought pasta instead. The food was great and the manager honored his commitment. I appreciate the call back, really, very professional of him.

A friend of mine took me out for my birthday, knowing that I have severe allergies she called ahead of time.
Upon arrival, The staff we all prepare and well informed. It was inspiring to see the whole team on that shift working together. The staff took extreme measures to ensure the health and safety of my wellbeing. Making sure there was no cross-contamination.
The server, I wish I could remember her name was an absolute angel; she was so empathic and went above and beyond her expectations. After speaking with a family member that is a GM of a few restaurants, She would hire her in a heartbeat! Truly amazing to see such a professional and caring staff. Great Job Boston Pizza of Chatham. I will be recommending my friends and colleges. Thank you to the kitchen staff who sometimes unrecognized, you are amazing!

I order from Boston Pizza about once a month and usually is good. This time I ordered a burger. Burger came with no toppings. Just the meat and buns and cheese. I was pretty disappointed. I hope Tyler knows about this and mentions it to the cooks.

It's open again with limited seating. The person cleaning the tables was doing an excellent job, but the benches in the booths were not getting a wipe down. Suggest you don't touch those with your hands.
Standard food fare. Had chicken alfredo. Could have done with some seasoning. Was rather watery and bland, but this seems to be their recipe. Ribs were good. Food was hot and quick. Typically chain restaurants tend to limit their seasoning and spicing so as not to alienate customers, and that is the case here. Average, but pleasant to get out again
