(September 4, 2020, 3:25 pm)Michelle is simply superb. Carstar have now dealt with two of my vehicles that have been in accidents and the service is flawless. The company, particularly Michelle, truly care and even though the insurance pays the bill, they made me feel like I was the only party that mattered. Highly recommended and the repairs were of the highest standard.

(February 9, 2019, 1:13 am)these guys are awesome. I had my car repaired here a few years ago when it was Imperial Autobody, and they did a great job then and now as Carstar Imperial. It seems the staff are the same but now they offer nationwide warranty now, so that’s a plus.
