Very nice polite, friendly and helpful. Prompt service. Once I got inside not a long wait.
Great experience considering the circumstances. The Ont. Government suddenly removed the extension which has led to lineups outside. The staff has a terrific plan in place to accommodate the lineups, while maintaining Covid protocols. When I arrived about 9:15 there were approximately 20 people lined outside. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Staff were efficient, courteous and helpful. Well done.
The office is closed until further notice. Consequently, in order to be served in person, one MUST travel to Sarnia or Windsor; an hour away for either locations. Otherwise, all items such as: driver's license renewal, driver's license address change, health card address change and vehicle registration/sticker has to wait until the office reopens. The take away from this is, you get more time to pay for services that requires payment; hang tight and be safe.
