Enviroshake

It's been 4 years since we replaced our 25 year old cedar roof with enviro skakes and we couldn't be happier.

We love our Enviroshake roof. We installed an Enviroshake roof when we built our new home. We knew we wanted the silvered cedar shake look but in a composite material for a maintenance and worry free roof . I researched manufacturers and found that Enviroshake had the most realistic and durable roofing. Frankly other manufacturers composite roofing were unattractive. Enviroshake is not the least expensive but it is the best looking and best quality.

We are in Virginia and the support from this Canadian company was amazing! There were no local trained installers so our roofing sub-contractor took the classes so they would be authorized to install the roof. Enviroshake helped us every step of the way and even sent a representative down to inspect the roof!

We also installed snow guards on the roof. I highly recommend this if you get any snow. Composite materials have minimal resistance (vs the rough finish of asphalt tiles) and snow will slide off your roof in large chunks - damaging plants and vehicles. For our roof we love the added detail of the snow guards on the roof.
