Dr. Lemak's service is simple, quick, and no-nonsense. He doesn't have you come back fifty times so he can soak you for more cash. He doesn't make you wait (unless absolutely necessary). He adjusts you for what you came in for and tells you not to come back unless you have a problem. He's quick, efficient, and friendly.
