Marble Slab Creamery Chatham

I absolutely love their ice cream! Their chocolate waffle cone bowl is by far my favourite part! Friendly service and very sanitary. It is a bit expensive- but very yummy:)

Ice cream was very good. Staff obviously new and needs more experience but that will come with practice. Amazing number of choices for topings. Waffle cone was the best I have had. The only problem I can see is the ice cream melts very fast in fact and was dripping before I was out the door. Next time I would order it in a bowl and save my shirt.

I stopped in today on the second day of it’s opening. There were only three people working and their Covid measures could have been better, but it was worth it for the ice cream. I chose a small raspberry ice cream with crumble, fresh raspberries, strawberries, chocolate chips, and toasted almonds. A small was not cheap at 7.95, but all the toppings were free and as much as you wanted. And when I got home and ate the ice cream I realized it was the best ice cream that I had ever had! It was hard not to eat the whole thing! Next time I’m in, I’m going to order a large to take home with me. There are literally thousands of combinations of ice cream you can make from their bar, and they mix it on the stone slab.
