Excellent customer service received from staff at Chatham store. They were very knowledgeable about the product I needed to rent for my mother and answered all my questions. The picking up and return of product was seamless especially during Covid. I would highly recommend them for any equipment rental needs.

I am very happy with the service I was given by Motion in Chatham. My mom needed a wheelchair and Kathy went above and beyond to make sure my Mom got the chair that was best for her Huntington’s Disease. Kathy also contacted the home anytime there’s was an issue regarding my moms chair. She was an great advocate for my mom and getting the proper care she deserves.

The Motions team was also great help when we decided to bring mom home from the nursing home. They made sure that we had absolutely everything we needed to care for our mom at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Keep up the good work!

I took over management of my father and stepmother's affairs in January, partway through the process of my stepmother getting a new wheelchair. Kathy at Motion patiently brought me up to speed and guided me through the rest of the process, provided all the paperwork I needed for our insurance company, and then worked with me to get my father a new chair, from assessment to insurance claim -- all in the middle of a pandemic. The team efficiently dealt with payments over the phone and emailed everything I needed for the claim, and Kathy always answered emailed questions promptly. Motion made a stressful time easier for me and made my parents more comfortable.
