I had Panic Sewer come out to repair a problem at the apartment I OWN, not GRACIE GIRARD. They were so professional and in NO WAY RUDE. It is amazing how a 15 year old child would write something as ridiculous as this! It infuriates me how some of our youth growing up feel the need to condemn a well established, trustworthy company with absolutely no merit to support this. This is a family business that has been in place for generations for good reason and a comment like this is very devastating to a company that went above and beyond to help.

Panic Sewer worked around the tenant's hours and did their best not to cause an inconvenience. Jason had called me on the plan to repair and was so informative and explained the best process to ensure this would not happen again. Tree roots caused the drain to get clogged and back up into the duplex her grandmother rents. I am positive that the rate of the drain has been slowing down over time, but not a single word was said to me. Only when it backed up completely that anything was said.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY and I would recommend them every time!!! The comment of Gracie Girard is absolutely FALSE and shows the maturity level of this teenager!
