This is by far the best employer in the LTC world. Others may claim that you can choose your own schedule but you have no idea the freedom you COULD have by choosing to work for this company. Excellent staff, stress free management and best of all, at the end of the day it is the residents, not the politics that are #1!!!!! 5 STARS!
After leaving a toxic workplace, I was apprehensive about joining a staffing agency; I didn't want to leave one toxic workplace for another. Plan A has been nothing short of amazing. The managers are there for you day and night, consistently check on your well being, always assess for burn out and ALWAYS remind you that you don't have to work if you feel you can't. This is a rarity, managers that are there for their workers and don't care about the bottom line. I recently received a thank you card, thanking me for all my hard work. It truly is the little things that will make or break a workplace. I'm proud to work for this company.
