Primacy - MD Connected (Chatham)

New to Chatham so I don't have a family doctor as of yet but I required a renewal of an number of Rx's. I filled in the request for a "Virtual" appointment opting for a phone call rather than a video appt and within 10 minutes I received a call from a medical professional. She reviewed the information I had inputed to the system asking a couple of more questions and advised me a doctor would be contacting me shortly. I presumed it would be after the weekend as it was after 5pm Friday but I received a call from the doctor within the hour! She was very polite, professional but relaxed in conversation and not only confirmed immediate affirmation of my Rx's being filled, with taking notes on my medical history she advised she would be referring me to a specialist which definitely fast tracked my needs! I am extremely impressed and happy with the service so far and will not hesitate to contact them should I have any non-emergency health concerns!

Fast friendly service. Got to meet with a qualified doctor who assessed my condition and prescribed the right treatment. Will definitely go again if needed

The nurse was friendly and patient, the doctor I saw was skillful and diagnosed accurately, solved my problems that I have been suffering for about a year.
I appreciated their services and help. Strongly recommended!

I was very happy with the service. Fast and efficient and my nurse was caring friendly and compassionate. I would recommend this clinic to everyone . The Dr I was connected to was also wonderful . She spoke to all my symptoms and dispensed the appropriate meds . Within 2 weeks my pneumonia and ear and sinus infections were healed .
