I was contacted by Reliance to schedule our annual system (furnace/AC) maintenance. The technician called ahead of his visit and arrived on time. His review of our system was very thorough and he explained things to me. I expressed interest in what Reliance could offer in way of new AC systems as ours was old and inefficient. He offered to contact a sales rep who could explain available options. He was able to set the appointment for the next day. I was pleased to have the same rep that had helped us select our reverse osmosis water filter system s few months before. He presented all product and payment options and was so pleasant to deal with and was never pushy. He was able to arrange for a next day installation. Again the technicians called ahead of time, explained what they were doing, consulted with me on placement of the AC unit and completed the installation quickly. A new NEST thermostat was installed and the tech gave a great demonstration of how it works.
