Doctor Samy is amazing. I just adore her. I was referred to her for sinus issues. I found out I had deviated septum, polyps, and inflammation. She did my surgery which consisted of septoplasty, polypectomy and fess. Although my surgery was cancelled due to covid she fit me in immediately once surgeries regained again. She knew I was was suffering a great deal and made me a priority, for which I am very thankful. For the most part surgery seems to be a success. I only say 'seems' because I have underlying inflammation issues we are still working to get to the bottom of. My septum feels great 5 weeks postop. My airways feel so much more open and clear. After she heard that I am still being bothered by inflammation she is now referring me to an allergist to take allergies into consideration as a possible inflammatory trigger. Dr. Samy is a doctor that genuinely cares and she knows her practise well, she has always made time to talk to me if I have concerns, I can honestly say she is doing everything she can to help me and keep me comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from the same issues I have been dealing with.

Dr.Samy is an awesome doctor and has really helped my daughter...so for Dr.Samy she gets 5 stars. Now where this office lacks is their secretaries. There are very rude and condescending when speaking with them over the phone. I highly suggest customer service training for the office staff...I mean people are dealing with their children’s hearing when they are dealing with this office so try to have a little compassion when speaking to patients or their parents.
