An amazing resort, great food and drinks. Excellent service and cleanliness. Rooms were big and comfortable. Beach was easily accessible and there was always something to do.

We just love working with Cheryl Johnston at the Chatham office , she is Grrreat. We met Cheryl for the first time just over 7 yrs ago, when she assisted us with booking our honeymoon in Cuba. We have been travelling ever since and we only deal with Cheryl. I recently surprised Jamie( my husband)at Christmas with a trip to Riviera Maya ,Mexico.Going to Mexico to see some Ruins was on his “bucket list”..Cheryl went above and beyond in assisting me with the surprise, she gave me Mexican props for making a diorama box in which I placed our tickets . She helped chose the resort, Platinum Yucatan Princess....AMAZING resort , we loved it ,needless to say , we can now ✔️Seeing & touching the Ruins off Jamie’s list.....THANK YOU Cheryl :)
