There was a miscommunication between my interior decorator and the office staff resulting in my stairs being installed incorrectly. Some businesses would have gotten into a game of he said/she said. Sparks didn’t care about who got it wrong. They just cared about our happiness and The end result. They squeezed us in about a month later and we were so very grateful. Justin the flooring installer does the most complete and thorough job I have ever seen. Our flooring is completely perfect. You may be thinking, five stars? But they made a mistake. Sparks Carpet one had an excellent variety of vinyl tile and the installation price was very reasonable compared to a few other flooring quotes we received. Clarence did an amazing job installing - very detail focused. Our new floors compliment the rest of our new kitchen perfectly.
