Went through an ordeal, in Blenheim. But during after hours Richard and his daughter went above and beyond their expected level of service and provided we with the correct equipment to make the long trip to pick up my Harley. Richard himself demanded to do all connect and disconnect. He is also the first I have dealt with who actually wouldn’t let me leave his compound without a thorough inspection of the trailer, tires and everything making it a safe and carefree experience. All in a fraction of the time I had to endure in Blenheim. As a side note his family welcomed me and actually have an innate ability to make me feel like family.
