When you live far away from family, you always worry about your sons or daughters traveling, going to university and what happens if their car breaks down. The experience my daughter had dealing with the good people at this business was excellent.

My daughter had a no start problem with her vehicle and had it checked out by techs here and it was determined she needed a starter. It was installed and away she went all is well. She drove back to her home in Niagara Falls that weekend and when she went to drive back for school on Sunday afternoon, the car broke down on the highway, fortunately a short drive from Niagara and it had to be towed to another garage. It was determined that the new starter was faulty and had shorted her electrical system and caused the car to die on the side of the road.

The way that John handled this was exceptional, he told us to get it fixed and he would take care of what needed to be taken care of. Between him and the garage doing the replacement of the faulty starter my daughter did not have to pay out any additional costs to get back on the road.

Taking care of your customers in a less than ideal situation, shows integrity and we appreciate how all this was worked out.
