(October 13, 2017, 6:10 pm)Had a little bit of a rough experience at the beginning with Arthurs fuel. Had my propane tank removed and reinstalled to a new trailer and had a bill that was 90% more than what I was quoted for the job. After having a lengthy conversation with the service manager I was very impressed on how Scott the service manager handled it. At the beginning when dealing with his service coordinator (Trish) there was alot of attitude been given and not understanding at all and very standoffish. I was very impressed in how Scott handled the situation, easy going guy and understands you a true cool dude. The installer that came out was great as well " Thanks Matt !!! " . These guys will always have my business. As long as they are there .
