This facility requires training from persons that run programs here. What is not focused on is the fact addicts prior to arriving have been isolated from family and normal civilization. The expectation of fitting in and socializing correctly is seriously overlooked. My son didnt last 2 weeks, we waited 4.5 months to get a bed ( missed a call 4 weeks prior, within the hour the bed was gone and asked for explanation and well lets just say the admin needs people skills training. During his stay.. He stressed is uncomfortableness with a few comments made to him in regards to his appearance..nothing done. He made a not so nice comment to the group and they kicked him out of his treatment sent him in a taxi to the streets again. Did he relaps yep. This facility needs a serious overhaul with the Administration people ...as they have zero personal skills or empathy with the addict and the family.
