(August 12, 2019, 1:10 pm)I love the expression "Lead from the front" and that's exactly what Martello brings to class each and every night! He clearly and effectively describes and demonstrates every movement, and vigilantly offers corrective advice and inspiration to bring the best out in us.
Every class is high energy and is highly engaging. I’ve noticed significant improvement in the few weeks since joining. I encourage anyone who’s been on the bench to try something new to go ahead and give it a try.
(August 7, 2019, 10:25 pm)Great class , the instructor has a true passion for the art. He said I'd push my body farther than I ever thought I could , I didn't believe him but by the end of the class I realized he was right.
