Dr. Jack DiBerardino

My family and I have been going to see Jack for a number of years. We have always felt that we were both offered and given the best of care. I have passed on several referrals, with each of them having positive comments with respect to the quality of service that they were provided.

The clinic is also serviced with the most current equipment. Hopefully the images they produce will never reveal anything of concern, but I certainly feel comfort in knowing that if there is something it should be caught early.

I bought a pair of Marc Jacobs sunglasses, progressives. Spent a lot of money on them, got the coating they recommended. Three years later the coating is peeling off. When I went in to ask if they could fix it, they said I needed to buy new lenses! Note… I would not have bought them if I thought for a second the coating would peel off! Very disappointed with the service!

Since this review, I was called by the "Lab" to come back, that they would replace the lenses for free. The Lab Technician that helped me was lovely, we were laughing! She had never seen this peeling happen before. I got my glasses back, and I am happy they took care of me

We heard a lot of good things about this clinic and although the location is a bit out of the way for us we felt the extra distance was well worth it. I appreciated the ample parking and found the office very clean and extremely high tech. The front desk staff were so friendly and the technicians were very professional with our initial scans. Dr. Costanzo saw us on time and was very patient and kind with my two young children. I found her exam very thorough and her explanations were professional and clear. Overall, she is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor - a great role model for my young daughters. The opticians were very helpful and were able to tell me what my insurance did and did not cover without me having to ask which allowed me to decide on glasses within my budget. The selection of designer glasses available at the clinic was very impressive and I found a gorgeous pair. Clearly, the good things we had heard about the clinic were definitely true. Our experience was a great one and we intend to remain patients for the long term.
