(December 28, 2018, 1:32 pm)Shocked to find no winter tires on their vehicles. Also there was no snow brush in the car on a day when we were hit with 10 cms of snow. Turns out you have to request a car with snow tires and pay extra! Doesn't make sense to me that they would put unsafe cars out on the road with potentially inexperienced drivers. Also had several issues with tire pressure in the tires. Manager refunded a good portion of the rental so that made up for some of the inconvenience and stress.
