Good place to get braces.

Outstanding experience overall. Both the staff and Dr Meldrum were great and my smile is perfect. Never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my tightenings. Very efficient!!

My teeth are so straight now and I definitely recommend getting your braces here. They are also so gentle with my teeth. Thank you Meldrum!

Dr. Meldrum is a really nice person and I always enjoyed chatting to him. I like most of the staff too. Lindsay has always been very nice and easy to talk to.

Ursula is another story though. She is rude. I was told when I got my braces and paid $6000.00 that everything and all future visits would be included.

When my wire started to come off a year after my last visit, I called and she answered the phone and told me there would be a charge depending how much of it came off. I was shocked and said that I was told that I wouldn't have to pay for any repairs etc. She got snotty and in a really sarcastic tone asked me if I expected a 'complimentary' repair.

I felt horrible at the way she treated me and told her to forget it and went somewhere else to ha e it fixed.

I wish I could recommend Meldrum Orthodontics, but as long as Ursula works there, I wouldn't do that and have her subject them to her disrespectful attitude.
