Quick friendly service, clean organized store...

Very nice store they also have wheel chairs available. I had to use it first time in my life as I was unaware that I just a day from giving birth I really couldn’t walk any more that day and they had this chair which saved my back and feet while I was able to still look around and purchase items. Thank you :)

My only complaint is that it's pretty expensive. There is a very good selection of craft supplies, seasonal decorations, etc. The staff are helpful and friendly, and easy to find when you need them. If you plan on going here regularly, it's worth signing up for the rewards program, because they send you pretty good coupons which offset the high prices. I pretty much only go here for things I can't find anywhere else, because if other places have it, it's likely cheaper there. But if you need service or advice, Michaels is a good place to go

Love shopping here. THey usually have everything crafty I'm looking for and always having a 40 or 50% off coupon is fabulous if you're getting a single item here and there.
