PCC Pain Care Clinics Orangeville

I am pretty sure that, Dr Kamawi and this clinic have made my life more livable. Suffering with chronic pain for years and over this past year has been a real relief. This clinic staff are friendly and so helpful... thank you so much for being there for me!

The front line staff Joanna, is fabulous. Joanna is efficient, kind, understanding, and discreet. Joanna runs a clinic with multiple doctors. Most clinic’s or medical offices employ 3 or more administrators in an office of this size. Joanna does this as the sole administrator. This is all done with ease, understanding, and always a smile.

The medical staff is just as amazing as Joanna. I started going to this clinic about 3 years ago. That is when I met Dr. AJ. AJ is very understanding and compassionate. He puts you at ease, and is very quick with injections. Shortly after that Zana joined the team. Again another exceptional team member. I can’t forget the wonderful nursing staff Jindi, and Erica. Both amazing nurses.

Then I met Dr. Kamawi. My circumstances had changed and I could no longer make it to my regular appointment time. Unfortunately Dr. AJ has other commitments and has to leave early afternoon. Joanna suggested I see Dr. Kamawi. Joanna explained that Dr. Kamawi is just as excellent as all the other doctors. We all know the anxiety we have when something changes or is different. Joanna made this transition very seamless.

After a few meetings with Dr.Kamawi, I began to relax. Dr. Kamawi is a beautiful lady with with an amazing sense of humour. She is amazing when giving the injections, of course they hurt. However she does her best to get through them as quickly as possible. Causing more pain is not her objective. I do look forward to my weekly visits.

To me they are just extended family.

Joanna is consistently the most efficient, friendly, and helpful receptionist I know. All the girls are so friendly and help you feel at ease, which overall makes my weekly visits a most pleasant and pain relieving experience.

Clinic staff are welcoming and efficient. Dr. Kamawi is attentive, competent, and caring. The nerve block treatments I have been receiving once a week for the past 8 weeks are very effective. I am extremely pleased with this referral!
