Absolutely amazing customer service!!! Was very happy. Stopped in to kill some time while waiting for our room to be ready at Hockley Valley resort. I haven't been to a Reitman's in years as the last time I was in, the clothing didn't fit me properly, the prices were too high and the styles were old and dowdy with cheap, rough materials. Not the case this time!! Found 9 pieces and LOVE them all! Great fits, prices and fabrics. I asked the woman's name who assisted my girlfriend and I and I have since forgotten unfortunately, but she was hands down one of the best salespeople I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a VERY long time. Kudos! The store was clean, well kept, well organized, lots of sale items and a decent assortment of sizes. It's worth the drive from Wasaga Beach to be treated that well.. we will be back!! Thank you!

Got a few good pieces for work here. Service levels are lower than expected, but I like having options for work clothing nearby.

Good selection. Very helpful staff. I buy all my wifes clothing here for christmas. Id be lost with out them.
