This company is not legit. They are scammers and will not send your order. The when asking for a refund they will not reply and you will not be able to get your money back. Go to a more established company. Avoid at all costs. I ordered the overhead ceiling storage racks and they apparently did not have then in stock. Their system allowed me to purchase and it billed my credit card. I have not received the item and when asking for a refund and following up 10 times - NO REPLY. Its certainly a scam. I will be writing reviews and escalating this matter in all the areas I possibly can.

And I'm working for this company. Unfortunately I hear a few negative comments from the customers. But I've joined this company since June. I see how this company treats our customers. As a staff member I have been directed to give the best service for our customers, to be transparent and understand the customer's needs.

Just ordered for the first time with RJP wholesale absolutely amazing customers service. Somebody stole my parcel from mail room and I just emailed them but I never expected replacement items again because it wasn’t their fault. What a excellent customer service respond right away and replacement items at no cost to me and delivered super fast. So enjoyed and fully satisfying with their service I truly appreciate it a lot!! Fully confidence I would definitely highly recommend shopping from RJP wholesale stores they do an incredible amazing job!!!
