The Home Depot

This is a great mall but this store is understaffed and it’s hard to find stuff or get any help. I’m often sent on wild goose chases to find what I’m looking for and I’ve walked out not finding what I want. I always enter from the entrance just south and exit same as you will encounter difficulty otherwise.

Ordered a new fridge. The people from Kitchens were filling in for the regular sales staff in Appliances. They were very helpful and great to deal with.

Unfortunately we had an issue with the fridge being back ordered and we didn’t find out about this until the day before delivery. I spoke with Peter, the store manager, and he was excellent at figuring out a solution for us.

Even though we were inconvenienced, this ended up being a great experience overall thanks to the helpful staff and top notch management.

H had to load my own mulch. Which made it easy and quick

My Home Depot visit was good. We knew what we wanted and went in and got it. But I also appreciated that on more than one occasion, HD staff proactively asked if we are needed help. Great customer service, especially because we are new to the area. Great!
