Very helpful! Michael answered all of my questions and provided the answers I needed to make an educated choise.

Very good company - honest, attentive and reliable. This company is unlike other companies that are good only when selling their products but hard to find when service is needed. Watermaker Orangeville actually listens to customers' concerns. Steve is very respectful and professional. He did an excellent job in identifying and fixing the problem with our iron filtering/removing machine and did not leave a mess. He said that they treat their customers/clients like family and it was true in our experience.

The staff is great and very helpful

A big WOW!!! This company is unbelievable, they are answering to emails or messages at any time (days, nights). Mike and his entire staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful, not pushy at all as other company can be. Did not tell me 'you need to buy another softener' like I heard from others company but Watermaker Orangeville found the root cause and fix the issue. They are totally above and beyond their jobs. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who need a fast support with their water. You wont be disappointed !

My only regret on this story is that google is not giving the ability to put more than 5 stars! 5 stars only sucks comparing to this service!
