Conflicted review, I asked one staff member if she would give me a light fitting for the sale (over a couple of weeks ago) price to which she replied no. I have no problem with that and told her so, explaining I thought I should take the opportunity to ask. From that point on she really wasn't helpful, expecting me to just take the large fitting with plate and chain dragging along to the car, I was not impressed with her attitude and feel that she should be a little more professional and helpful, however the other lady was very helpful, interested and pleasant.
