I.D.A. Pharmacy

The staff is very helpful except for one member by the name of Margerit. Bad experience with her, she gave me a dirty look as I proceeded to pay at the "front", which I thought was at the front of the pharmacy, when in actuality, it was at the front of the store. Most pharmacies have you pay at the pick up counter (ex. shoppers), which is what I thought. I don't know Margerit too well but people who engage in such behaviour usually have low character. I came down with the flu which is why I have time to even write a review in the first place, but for me to even write a review in the first place should tell you a lot.

I’ve been using Caravaggio for as long as I can remember. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and give amazing advice. They are so compassionate, and always happy to help. If they don’t have it, they’ll find it for you. Gail and all the behind the counter staff. They go above and beyond.

Awesome friendly helpful staff. Everyone is always happy & you can hear the laughter of the pharmacy staff as soon as you enter. Makes a person feel great!
