Called Manax late in the evening as a pipe had sprung a leak. The came that night and fixed the issue. The person that came was great and really showed that he wanted to help. Will definitely use Manax again.

The customer service is fantastic, they were able to help and send someone over as soon as possible. Chris was great, he did an excellent job!

We had a water supply emergency on a Friday of a long weekend. Of course, nobody was available and we had guests for the weekend. Manax was the only pump/well service company who answered their phone and they were backed up with a week+ worth of bookings but after discussion the probable causes their representative stopped what he was doing, came over with a replacement for the suspect part and we were all OK within an hour. Costs for the repair were very fair and reasonable and their responsiveness and execution was outstanding and professional. What could have been a disaster turned to a positive experience. All companies should be this effective.

We had Dave here to do some work we needed done & you can't even tell he was here by the cleanliness & professional work he did. Grateful we called Manax as they do great work overall in our community. He told me what he had to do to make our job up to Code & kept it within a good budget for us. I'll definitely use Manax for all my future repairs & water treatment in the future!
