The owner of the courtice location should take a good look at their manager, this individual is clearly disgruntled. I arrived this morning at 9:50 am, she asked if I had an appointment, no I replied, she then stated "I'm booked until 2:00". The store was empty but instead of welcoming my business I was turned away, it takes 10 minutes to cut my hair. On a previous occasion I have witnessed this manager screaming at another stylist while the store was full of customers. I will not return to this location, luckily for me the Oshawa north location has friendly staff who conduct themselves in a professional manner otherwise I would have no choice but to take my business to their competitors.
Such a hair salon to go! Great customer service and friendly staff. My 2 years old son was super happy to have his hair cut in a "car" seat. Hey also offered candy to the kids. Very considerate store. Totally it's the place to go for my son from now on
