After a MONTH of waiting for another store to deliver the flute I ordered, I was told they didn't think it would be in by Christmas. I called the Oshawa store to see if they could get me a flute. Within half an hour, Cheryl called me back and had arranged for the flute I wanted to be delivered THAT DAY to the Pickering store. She pulled off a Christmas miracle for us just a few days before Christmas. Professional, caring, and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. So very grateful!

(March 24, 2018, 4:23 pm)I just wanted everyone to know how pleased and appreciative of the service we, as a family received at Long &McQuade in Oshawa. The customer service lady was absolutely incredible. She was so patient and informative of the keyboard my daughter wanted and first suggested we rented it for a month to reassure my daughter it would suit her needs. Then when we returned it today she put most if that rental charge towards her new purchase. The most important thing was how she was able to assist my daughter whom is disabled but allowed my daughter to see things from a positive situation. I wrote this in hopes that Cheryl/Sheryl, forgive spelling of your name. Gets the acknowledge she deserves. With the world we now live in I believe in service and positive outlooks and she simply did it all. Kudos to the manager for training your staff as you have with this wonderful person.
