(July 9, 2018, 3:09 pm)Very recently i called Stephenson's from here in Windsor as i wanted to set an appointment for a senior in Oshawa who was having serious alignment problems but i never explained it to Brian. He explained that they were very busy for almost a week and i felt it was too long. I called later in the day as i was getting desperate and explained the entire situation to him. He immediately said for her to bring it down. Not only did he correct the problem but took the time to drive it for her to find out where a knocking sound was coming from even though he was extremely busy. The stress is now gone as she has her car back and i feel i helped her alot and especially Brian knowing the gravity of the situation. This is the kind of understanding every auto shop should have...10/10!!!
BTW...the price was very fair!!

(March 28, 2018, 12:03 am)Honest down to earth guys. Best price by far, I called around for quotes on a wheel bearing replacement. Just to find most shops charge a huge mark up on the same part. But not these guys.
It was done on time and for the price quoted. Thanks again guys. -

(March 20, 2018, 5:27 pm)Great work and very honest, a few years back I had a big job done, went in and paid. Two weeks later I got a call saying they had accidentally over changed me 100 bucks. They were very apologetic and i was in shock. When i went back to check my receipt sure enough my debit slip was 100 dollars off. I would never have noticed! Thank goodness good honest businesses still exists.

(March 11, 2018, 8:51 pm)No one will EVER touch my front end but these guys. I have never trusted anyone as much as I do them. 3 generations of my family have been here. NEVER EVER rip you off. I took an estimate from a Honda dealer to them as they said I needed $1,200.00 worth of front end work. I gave the mechanic the paper he checked it out and told me to come back in 5 years as there was nothing wrong with it. Thanks guys
