Marvin did a great job repairing our Samsung dryer. He was courteous and respectful. He diagnosed and repaired the dryer promptly. My wife and I were very happy with the service and would highly recommend Hank's.
Prompt, friendly and efficient. Diagnosed and repaired my dishwasher in a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend.
Sydney did a great job repairing my Samsung microwave. Very courteous and respectful of my house. He wore shoe covers and brought material to protect my stove and counter as he removed and worked on the microwave.
Hanks did a good job of confirming appointments. However it took 5 days to get someone out to look at my washer which was under Warranty with Samsung. Tech showed up and promptly left citing he needed a part. It took another 4 days to get the tech back to install it. That is along time to resolve a washing machine issue for a family of 5. Didn't feel the personal touch.
Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend Hanks Appliance. Fast and courteous. They keep you informed from your first contact with them until the job is complete.
