  My wife and I have wanted a fireplace for quite some time but couldn't find a place we trusted for such a big project. We landed on Tranquility based on a few happy recommendations and ended up with an amazing center piece to our home. The staff, management and whole team were amazing, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions! Couldn't be happier with the end result

  Fantastic service from the team at Tranquility. The sales process was straight forward and provided the confidence in the furnace I was purchasing. They also dropped off multiple heaters to get my family through a very cold night. I would recommend tranquility to anyone looking for heating and cooling services.

  I had this company in my home today. They installed a new furnace and water heater. The three men who did the work were amazing. The job was a huge undertaking but they completed the work in a day. It is now 10:50 pm and they left about 20 minutes ago, ensuring that we didn't go another day without heat and hot water. We are so greatful to them. But the funniest thing is that they thanked us for letting them stay late to get it done. They were not only polite and very respectful but did such a professional job. They cleaned up when they were finished as well. Trust me when I say they did a great job as our furnace was old and most of the pipes were in bad shape. My home is now nice and warm and my water is hot again. My husband and I appreciated their dedication to get the job done and that the work they did was excellent. We will recommend this company to anyone who needs any heating, air conditioning, air quality or fireplace work done. I also want to add that Todd, the General Manager who came out to look at our broken furnace and water heater was so informative and professional it made our dilemma so much easier to deal with. To sum it up, even so it's been a trying time with both major appliances being broken it was so much easier to deal with because of the service we received. I'm sure all their staff are terrific but I know if you are lucky enough to get the three men who did our job you don't be disappointed.
