    I have followed Simone from her two previous locations to this one that she owns and operates because of her knowledge and her patience and the A++ customer service. Simone goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are satisfied. The clinic is easy to access and clean. Simone always has the latest materials and products and she is very accommodating. Simone is very willing to educate and answer questions and she is very thorough. I highly recommend Set in Motion for orthotics or braces!!!

    Was very happy with my experience here! Fantastic customer service from the second you walk in. The most thorough assessment I have ever had and she took time to explain why I need orthotics and how they will help me. Highly recommended!

    Had an A1 experience here. Simone took the time out to explain the science in a simple manner behind what she was doing. Made me aware of what issues I was having, why, and how to work on resolving them.

    The environment was very clean, friendly and welcoming.

    Got my orthotics from her 3 weeks ago and she even gave me a courtesy call to ensure they still fit to my liking even though she took the time to adjust and fit them in store, which I've never gotten anywhere else. Most places would say they are custom and they will be fine.

    Would definitely recommend.

    Simone was awesome! She not only helped with my new orthotics and knee braces, but was also very proactive making sure that I would not have any issues with my insurance company. Very personable and it shows that she is dedicated to helping her clients.
