(February 13, 2019, 12:06 am)I was looking for specific giftware for birthday and Valentine's gifts, and I was able to find items in both of the themes I was after. Not only that; I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this store carries much more than only Hallmark (although the selection of Hallmark is excellent). Extensive and tasteful collection of merchandise to browse! The manager was had already pulled aside some items for me, and she was extremely helpful as well.
(January 18, 2019, 2:21 am)As a consumer, I appreciate when staff do the simplest thing for customers who have their hands full of bags from other retailers. Much appreciated that I could leave mine behind the counter; even nicer that she offered to carry them to the door (through they were very heavy).
Thanks for having what I needed in your store; I'll be back!

(December 13, 2018, 12:02 pm)It is Hallmark...if you love Hallmark..you will love this store...this is a coporate store so all special deals and give aways will be honoured,unlike independent stores that don't.The staff here are exceptional,if they don't have ehat you want they Will search for it and contact you when it comes in,a service that goes beyond..Easy to find ,so if you want to avoid the crowds at the mall this should be your Hallmark choice.
