  I would absolutely recommend this shop. Bernie not only restored a loveseat and chair from the 1890's to its former glory, but took the time to research the peices through a certificate found in the back of the chair and what a tale it was. He has a artists soul and it shows in his work. I only wish him, his family and his business the best. And I too now, knowing what this man can do, will not hesitate to pick up more treasures to bring to him.

  Bernie does a wonderful job! We inherited my grandparents’ dining room and lounge chairs and got them reupholstered to match the colours in our home. We were very pleased with the results and will definitely use him again and recommend him to others !

  We had a wonderful experience with Bernie. He was professional dealing with us. Very patient with us as we spent a long time picking our fabric at his shop. He was up front with us that his timing was far out which we had no issue with since our house was being renovated and we were in no rush to have the pieces back. He upholstered a 4 seater couch, 3 seater couch, single seat couch and lounge chair and ottoman as well as 4 bar stools. I cant figure out how to post the pictures in here but we were absolutely thrilled of the end product. The pieces looked brand new. He even took the extra time to put in better supports for the 3 seater and lounge chair as they were quite squeeky. He finished during the time frame he originally advised us of. But above all the quality of his work was perfection. Thanks Bernie we love our furniture and ate grateful for your craftmanship.

  If you have a piece of furniture that you love but wish it looked like new (or better than new), Bernie is the best choice you can make. His work is absolutely worth your time on his waiting list. He turned our old, shredded wingback recliner into a leather masterpiece. It became the chair I always dreamed it would be and I couldn’t be any happier. His prices are absolutely fair and his honesty and openness about the process has put me on a search for the next diamond in the rough to have transformed. I wish I could post before and after pics. 100% recommended - you won’t find better quality and workmanship at any price.

  Bernie is incredibly professional giving accurate quotes & timelines. Even more importantly, his work is outstanding. I asked him to reupholster a couch, love-seat, and chair. The fabric that I chose required very detailed work to match the stripes in the pattern and Bernie came through like a champion. I really loved my furniture before it was redone, but now Bernie has worked his magic, it is even better. The cushions are beautifully sculpted, the pattern is meticulously matched, and the little added flair in his design really thrill me.
  
  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bernie and his extraordinary workmanship, attention to detail, and cost. He is THE BEST!
