(July 27, 2017, 3:33 am)Great experiences with this company. Very safe place to live. The rooms are well maintained. If there was ever a REASONABLE issue there was help dealing with it. I loved my years in school. Clearly not everyone claims to have a great experience but a lot of people have difficulty learning to live away from mom and dad and deal with real issues. I certainly never got charged any extra costs. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely rent here again.
(July 26, 2017, 8:25 pm)Best deal for finding a place to stay around UOIT/DC, literally right beside classrooms. Rooms are nice and big with the six person units having a HUUUUGE common area. London property is great at helping you out if there is a problem with something in the apartment.
(April 28, 2016, 9:11 pm)Great place to stay if you are a student on a budget. Couldn't ask for a better location! Takes me 5 minutes to get to my class rooms. The units are huge we even have a pool table in our place! The management is great. Mike (the property manager) is a great guy, helped me solve any of my issues every single time! All in all great price as well. I wish I moved here from the start!
