“The course was in good shape, pace of play good (4.45 hours) and other golfers were good to interact. A sausage lunch at the turn was slow and perhaps they could have more ready food. The staff were friendly and professional, as usual. We walked the course as usual and enjoyed the round and the cost was acceptable.”

“Life is hectic when trying to find balance between family, work, and exercise. I find it is helpful to have someone push you to your limits when you may not have the energy to push yourself! At the start of 2019 I began training twice a week with Abbas, and he quickly showed me how much more I’m actually capable of and helps me to really push my limits when training thanks to the variety & challenges he puts into the sessions! Abbas makes every session challenging but yet enjoyable; and is in tune with what limits your body can be pushed to with each session. My fitness has increased quickly and is noticeable as I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift heavier, increased performance during my runs, and most importantly improvement in how my clothes fit! I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Most Importantly: – He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – He is extremely reliable & punctual & simply & personable – always ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. “I have Dupuytren's contracture, a condition in where fingers become permanently bent in a flexed position. I feel lucky to have found Dr. Phil Narini. To my knowledge is one is of 3 doctors in Ontario that treats this condition with Needle Aponeurotomy. There are other alternatives like surgery, but NA is best to try first. He tried NA with me and the results were very good. Instead of a 6 week recovery time with surgery, I was able to use my hand the very next day. Dr Narini was excellent and very knowledgeable about the procedure. He was also very personable (asked a lot about me) and very funny. I was in to see him within 15 minutes of my appointment time (when does that ever happen). His admin, Debbie was super nice and great to deal with as well. I highly recommend him and his team.”

“I've been going here for about four months now, and it is a great environment. The coach is supportive, and always making sure you're doing proper technique. The workouts are challenging and fun, and I've definitely noticed myself getting stronger and more toned. They also have a great yoga instructor. Would definitely recommend this gym!”
