(January 18, 2019, 6:56 am)Had yet another GOOD Experience with the Whitby Store today. Had a problem with a PUTCO BLADE LED Rear Light Bar. It’s 2 years old, but has a 5 Year Warranty. Some of the Lighting of White LED Back-Up LED’s were going out. Started to look like a Hill-Billy Smile Photo with a few Teeth Gone Miss’in! I returned to the Whitby Store and informed them of the problem.
With NO HESITATION-these guy’s just said, “No Problem Joe, we’ll just Replace it!” “Only thing is, we are out of Stock and will have to order it in, should be here in a week or two, we will call you when it’s in”. I said fine and then found out it was Back-Ordered, then with Christmas and New Years, everybody busy, took a bit longer, but finally, I got a call on Monday, the Bar was in!- they booked me for 11:00 AM today, I gave them the keys and about .50 Minutes later, they gave them back and said, “All set to go!”
I will continue to shop here and recommend these Good People and their Store. I appreciate all they have done for me as a Customer and seldom is there a problem, but when there is, I know I can count on them to step up and back what they sell and what they install.

(December 17, 2018, 7:50 pm)After speaking with Regional Manager Mike. It was explained to me in detail with regards to how their warranty works and to the stores activity .
I must apologize to the store staff and to Mike as well for my rant with regards to calls not being answered.. Being in the industry and knowing how the economy has changed we strive to give the best service we can. Being a supply store for automotive accesories in this day and age we as a customer must realize we are not the only customer they have. To that I will still be a dedicated customer to action car and truck and applaud them for doing the best for their customers in this busy day and age.

The service was fast the employees were very pleasant! I will continue to shop here for all my vehicle needs. Thanks Action!!
