I had a very pleasant experience with the Annis Team!
My spouse and I were first time home buyers so we were obviously nervous and very unsure of ourselves. Our first agent was arrogant and didn't really feel like he had the time for us because we were first time home buyers and weren't exactly sure what we wanted. We were referred to John by a family member and he was quick to take us on an adventure! With little more than an budget, John set out to find us our first home. He was very quick and always available to show us a listing that he thought we would find interesting and he was very candid on his opinion of a listing which I appreciated.
John was helpful and answered every question I threw at him (there were many!) with knowledge only someone that's been in the business as long as he has would possess. We put our trust in the Annis Team and 7 months later we could not be happier!
We have, and will continue to recommend John to anyone we know that will be entering the market!
