(December 8, 2018, 5:24 pm)Had so much fun here with the bridal party picking out our dresses. There was such a large selection of dresses to try on. The change rooms were pretty large in size which made trying on the dresses an enjoyable experience. The staff was amazing super friendly suepr helpful. Booking an appointment for my dress hitting was really quick and easy. All in all I had an amazing time here.
(October 12, 2018, 12:39 am)Words cannot even describe what an wonderful experience we had during my sister's appointment on the morning of Saturday Oct 6. This was my sister's very first time trying on wedding dresses so we were all very excited!! Our consultant for the day was Sally, who was so amazing and very passionate about working in the bridal industry.
During the entire appointment, Sally took her time with my sister to understand what she loved and what she didn't. She never rushed us, didn't make her feel pressured to buy, and truly made the whole experience feel so special. The dress my sister ended up taking was something that Sally actually pulled herself from a sample sale happening at that time. It was different from what she thought she wanted but had so many elements that she'd liked from other dresses all in one.
When it came time to purchasing, a few of the other girls who work there were chatting with us in the front and when we left, we couldn't stop talking about the great vibe this shop had. Everyone we encountered was so lovely and even though this wasn't even for my own dress, it made me so happy to see my sister receive this treatment. She was glowing and even a week later, we're still talking about how much fun we had.
Thank you for your incredible service Bliss, we left with memories that will last forever!!
